At Haggle Goods, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included parts.
- Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods
- Health and personal care items that have been opened or used
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can quickly resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning the item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item was damaged during shipping.
- The wrong item was sent.
- The item is defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process outlined above.
